Intensive Family Support / Supporting Families

Isle of Wight Family Centre’s are commissioned to deliver Intensive Family Support.

We can offer Intensive whole family support to families who are eligible for up to 9 months. Families must have an Early Help assessment or a whole family assessment such as a Child and Family assessment.

The service is an Early Help Service and as such we are unable to work with families who are open to social care however we can work with families as part of their step down from social care or they can access our parenting programmes.

We work in an outcome focused strengths-based way with the whole family to support them to make positive changes within their family.
