Five to Thrive New Parents

If you are a first time parent with a baby under 6 months our Five to Thrive five-week course is for you (and it’s free).

In the first year of life your baby’s brain doubles in size. Their brain grows when connections are made between the cells, in response to what is happening to them.

The most important thing that happens to your baby is you. Everything you do when you are with your baby sparks connections in their brain. Your baby’s brain grows better when you do five simple things that feed the growing brain.

  1. Respond
  2. Cuddle
  3. Play

  5. Relax
