  • Is someone asking you to do things that you don’t feel comfortable doing and are not sure how to say no?
  • Is someone messaging you that is making you feel uncomfortable?
  • Have you been asked to do something that is against the law for example pass some drugs onto someone?
  • Have your friends told you they are worried about you?
