It's never too early to start thinking about how you're going to feed your baby.
But you do not have to make up your mind until your baby is born. You can read more about breastfeeding here .
Whether you are pregnant or have a new baby you can sign up to one of our free Breastfeeding workshops to learn more about the benefits of breastfeeding.
Family members are also very welcome to join the workshop for information and support.
Workshops are delivered on Zoom and are fun and informal and can be booked via Isle of Wight Family Centres Events | Eventbrite.
If you want to know more please check out Our Breastfeeding workshop video.
Here's what families have told us after attending:
“As a first time mum to be, I appreciated the support of being able to speak to a human being and not just having to rely on Google!”
“I’m so excited to start my breastfeeding journey”.
“Very informal, a lot more knowledge on breastfeeding”.
“Excellent information for new parents to be”.
