Breastfeeding Support

It's never too early to start thinking about how you're going to feed your baby.

But you do not have to make up your mind until your baby is born. You can read more about breastfeeding here.

Whether you are pregnant or have a new baby you can sign up to one of our free Breastfeeding workshops to learn more about the benefits of breastfeeding

Family members are also very welcome to join the workshop for information and support.

Workshops are fun and informal and can be booked via Isle of Wight Family Centres Events | Eventbrite. You can choose to do the workshop in a group, or online via zoom

If you want to know more please check out Our Breastfeeding workshop video.
