👶🏻For example, did you know that breastfeeding has health benefits not only for babies but for their mothers as well?

🧠Our workshops are packed full of information about breastfeeding – from how it works and how to get started, to the health benefits to mum and baby, to where to get support should you need it and how to manage any issues that might arise.

✨We welcome any and all expectant parents, including dads, birthing partners and co-parents who wants to know more about how to support their partner with breastfeeding
